About the Journal

Revista Científica de Sistemas e Informática (e-ISSN: 2709-992X), founded in 2021, is an open access science journal edited by the Editorial Fund of the Universidad Nacional de San Martín in collaboration with the Faculty of Systems Engineering and Informatics.

Its mission is to disseminate the knowledge produced by the academic-scientific community in the areas of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks and Communications, and Control and Systems Engineering. RCSI is registered in DOAJ, Latindex Catálogo 2.0, Dialnet, AméliCA, REDIB, MIAR and other national and international databases.

RCSI publishes original and unpublished articles of great relevance to the society on a biannual basis. Starting with volume 4 number 2, articles may be submitted in English and Spanish.

Consider:

  • RCSI has no charges; is an Open Access journal: free shipping, free publication and free reading.
  • RCSI publishes two annual editions (biannually), at the beginning of January and July.
  • All RCSI editions cover the subject areas of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks and Communications, and Control and Systems Engineering.
  • RCSI accepts and publishes articles in English and Spanish (from volume 4 issue 2 onwards).
  • RCSI publishes a limited number of articles per year. So, to serve the entire community, you will not publish more than one article per author and per volume or year (exceptionally two). Publications for members of the Universidad Nacional de San Martín will not exceed 30% per number.
