Revista Científica de Sistemas e Informática (e-ISSN: 2709-992X), founded in 2021, is an open access science journal edited by the Editorial Fund of the Universidad Nacional de San Martín in collaboration with the Faculty of Systems Engineering and Informatics.
Its mission is to disseminate the knowledge produced by the academic-scientific community in the areas of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks and Communications, and Control and Systems Engineering. RCSI is registered in Scopus, DOAJ, Latindex Catálogo 2.0, Dialnet, AméliCA, REDIB, MIAR and other national and international databases.
RCSI publishes original and unpublished articles of great relevance to the society on a biannual basis. Starting with volume 4 number 2, articles may be submitted in English and Spanish.
Due to the high number of submissions received, all manuscripts submitted from October 2025 onwards — if accepted — will be scheduled for publication in the July 2026 issue.
