Importance of information technologies in strengthening pedagogical skills in times of pandemic

This article describes the experience of teachers and students, within a non-classroom setting and the importance of the use of IT information technologies in this new educational technology, the object of which has been a comprehensive bibliographic review of the competences of teachers in the planning and execution of their daily classes, incorporating information technologies as a natural part of their activities in times of pandemic, for which the keywords related to the study have been taken into account, the same that have served as related words at the time that they have searched the Google academic, after that, the journals for their scientific study have been filtered and selected in fusion with those published in indexed journals. We can affirm that, a cause of the pandemic, educational institutions in many countries and in Peru have had to close their doors as a preventive measure against the spread of the virus, which has generated a series of changes in the educational modality. The teacher's si-evaluation and their level of knowledge of the use of technology as a fundamental part of their competences in the teaching and learning process of students, has concluded, according to what has been revised, that Peruvian and other countries' teachers have currently It has been showing difficulties in adapting to change and that the co-recognition and use of IT is important, for an application of quality pedagogical content in non-contact classes, a prompt and adequate intervention is necessary for the use of IT by teachers and authorities involved in the educational sector of our country.
