Order management is a fundamental process in logistics and distribution activities. Over the years, this process has evolved significantly, with various strategies emerging that seek efficiency, including Cross Docking. However, in the current digital age, technology is required to achieve optimization. In that sense, this article aimed to improve the order management process of a company that applies the Cross Docking technique, through the use of a web system; For which, a study of quantitative nature, of applied type and pre-experimental design, was carried out. Likewise, a population of 30 order records was considered, using the signing and registration form for data collection and the use of SPSS for data analysis. Among the results, the first indicator fulfillment rate of complete orders increased significantly from 59.03% to 94.63% (35.60%) and the second indicator rate of orders delivered on time increased positively from 78.47% to 97.27% (18.80%). Therefore, the web system has managed to increase the company's order fulfillment, reflecting an improvement in order management.
