In organizations, business intelligence is a technological tool par excellence for the analysis and processing of internal historical data exploited in favor of the organization, generating timely and reliable information. Our objective is to identify the methodologies for the implementation of business intelligence solutions based on data warehouse, as well as their adaptability to different types of companies. To do this, we carry out a review of the state of the art of articles published in journals indexed in bibliographic databases such as: Web Of Science, Scopus, ScienceDirect, SciELO through Google Scholar with the purpose of having a selection of quality information that they provide us. important contributions to this review. We identify that the methodologies allow the construction of the solution efficiently through phases supported by tools, models and frameworks for its construction; The empirical methodology being the most used for the construction of these business intelligence solutions.
