Academic and scientific productivism in Peru

In 2013, the National Council for Science, Technology and Innovation (Concytec) implemented the "National Directory of Researchers and Innovators - DINA" as a database for Peruvian and foreign professionals residing in Peru, where valuable information on degrees, titles and all the academic production related to the research in a self-referenced way, this means that the researcher was solely responsible for the information provided.
