Abstract

The present research has the general objective of knowing the effectiveness of the sanctions imposed for the prevention and control of the coronavirus, it is of a non-experimental type with a quantitative approach, a simple descriptive level, a simple descriptive Non-experimental research design, having people as population who failed to comply with the State of Emergency registered by the National Police of Peru of the District of Tarapoto, with the probabilistic sample of 275 people, having as instruments the checklist and the survey for those people who had violations of the Law, concluding that carried out The Spearman test shows that it accepts the hypothesis effectiveness of the sanctions imposed for the prevention and control of the coronavirus is low, answering the problem statement in the present investigation and where it is shown that the A01 code is not respecting the minimum of a mandatory distance of one meter, forming agglomerations in the establishments Commercial coughs whose opening is allowed was the most frequent with 46.91%.
