Abstract

Organizations and institutions face great challenges for their correct performance, which is why there are several edges to work on, from production systems to the proper management of everything that organizational management involves. One of these factors has to do with human resources, who are ultimately responsible for achieving business objectives, and whose results will have to do with sociocultural, environmental, economic and even political impacts.
