About the Journal

The Ratio Iure Scientific Journal (e-ISSN: 2810-8159) is an open access scientific journal edited by the Editorial Fund of the National University of San Martín, in collaboration with the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences. Its mission is to disseminate the knowledge produced by the academic-scientific community in the areas of intercultural law, rights of indigenous peoples, environmental law, human rights, family and vulnerable population. The journal's objective is to publish original and unpublished articles of great relevance to society, twice a year in Spanish.

To consider:

  • RCRI has no charges; is an Open Access journal: free shipping, free publication and free reading.
  • RCRI publishes two annual editions (biannually), at the beginning of January and July.
  • All editions of RCRI cover the areas of Intercultural law, Rights of indigenous peoples, Environmental law, Human rights, family and vulnerable population.
  • RCRI accepts and publishes articles in spanish.
  • RCRI publishes a limited number of articles per year. So, to serve the entire community, you will not publish more than one article per author and per volume or year (exceptionally two). Publications for members of the National University of San Martín will not exceed 30% per number.
