Consolidation of a university academic proposal as an educational development strategy in Alto Mayo, San Martin, Peru

Abstract

Education and specifically Regular Basic Education, as a fundamental pillar for the social, economic, scientific and cultural development of society, must be a service to which all government efforts aim; and, that they grant it the necessary budget to close the gap in infrastructure, equipment and the training of qualified and trained teachers for the exercise of teaching, so that learning is achieved that is the basis for a better society as a whole.
